An ancient therapy used for centuries throughout North America and Asia. Hopi means 'peaceful ones'.
Hopi Ear Candles act like a chimney as a gentle suction drawing away any impurities from the ear and giving a massage-like effect on the ear drum.
Gentle heat from the candle will help stimulate the blood circulation and increase the cleansing circulation of the lymph glands. This induces a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses.

This massage is also known as holistic or Swedish. Swedish massage feels good and is relaxing and invigarating.
The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles, helping to improve skin and muscle tone.
It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested as part of a regular program for stress management.
Light oils are used for Swedish massage.

Indian Head Massage*

Indian head massage has been practised for thousands of years in India as part of the family rutual. It is based on the Ayurvedic view of health and can incorporate the use of Chakra energy.

Indian head massage is carried out with the client sitting on a chair. The massage is applied over clothes to the upper back, neck and shoulders, arms and head - the area most vulnerable to tension and stress. It is deeply relaxing and enhances feelings of well being. This treatment helps with problems such as:
Tension headaches, eye strain, anxiety, muscular tension, sinus congestion, emotional stress and poor hair quality.
Ayurvedic oil can be used in the treatment which has benefits for the hair and scalp.
